3.1 The type of information that we collect on you, and you voluntarily provide us on this website includes: Your name, address, contact telephone/mobile number and email address.   

When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service.

3.2 We use your information to; process orders, take payments, organise delivery, provide refunds, contact you following online enquires, reply to your questions, suggestions, complaints and deal with issues. For statistical analysis, we may invite you to review products and our service. To contact you about products and services and regarding any online promotions and advertising.

5.1 Customer Accounts:

If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service. This information may include your: Billing and shipping address, details about your orders, email address, name and contact number.


5.2 Visitor Data: 

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

  • Information about your browser, network and device

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Your IP address

Squarespace needs the data to run our website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalized form.


5.3 Abandon Cart Emails: 

You’ll receive an automated email within 24 hours after you abandon your shopping cart, if all of the following occur:

  • You enter your email address at checkout, or are logged into your Customer Account.

  • You add a product which is in stock to your shopping cart.

  • You close your browser or leave this website without completing your purchase.

You can unsubscribe from these messages at the bottom of the email. The email will link back to our website, where you can pick up where you left off and complete your purchase.


5.4 Marketing Emails: 

We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

5.5 Order and Account Emails: 

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • You’ve created a Customer Account

  • Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

Section 6 - Giving your reviews and sharing your thoughts

When using our website or mobile applications, you may be able to share information through social networks. For example, when you ‘like’, ‘share’ or review our Services. When doing this, your personal information may be visible to the providers of those social networks and/or their other users. Please remember it is your responsibility to set appropriate privacy settings on your social network accounts so you are comfortable with how your information is used and shared on them.

Section 8 – Payment 

8.1 PAYPAL
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise your account with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You will receive more information during the ordering process.

8.2 STRIPE

STRIPE allows customers to pay with their debit and credit card without creating or logging into an account. Stripe accepts payments from these cards: Visa (credit and debit cards) & MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

Stripe checks that the details provided are formatted correctly (e.g., the expiry date is not in the past). There is no guarantee that the card itself is valid yet.

Some banks may prompt the customer to authenticate a purchase (e.g., by texting the customer a code to enter on the bank’s website).

Your bank will check for sufficient funds and, if successful, transaction will be completed. 

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

PCI-DSS compliance is a security standard for companies and organizations that handle payment information from consumers. Both of Squarespace’s payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, are PCI compliant.

SSL certificates are automatically included for our website as we are hosted by SQUARESPACE (This includes Squarespace Domains, connected third-party domains, subdomains and built-in domains). Our checkout page is protected by SSL to protect credit card information. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, checkout pages are also Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption.
